Exporting functional data to CAD/CAE
Functional data is exported when a record containing it is exported using a relevant model.
When a record contains functional series data relevant to the selected model, such as stress-strain curves, any data supported by that CAD/CAE software package is exported with the record.
Typically, all available series will be exported, but some combinations of model and software package will export a single series or point.

If there are multiple series on a chart but the software package can only support one series or point, Granta Selector selects a series to export. This is determined by the currently selected Parameter values, which can be changed by clicking on the Parameters link on the datasheet, or going to .
