Data available in Granta Selector

Granta Selector contains a variety of data types across the available databases, dependent on the data source and the material family within each database.

The selection data in MaterialUniverse™ is suitable for comparing materials from different families, however, other data types should only be used to make comparisons between materials from one family (for example, manufacturers' datasheets for polymers, or design data for composites and aerospace alloys).

MaterialUniverse™ and JAHM Curve Data are part of the Core Materials Basic Materials data bundle, which is always included with Granta Selector. Other specialist databases are available as bundles of data tables for use in Granta Selector:
