Copying charts and plots

You can copy the following charts and dialogs as images.

  • Charts from a Chart Stage tab
  • Functional data attribute graphs from a Functional Chart tab
  • Eco Audit Summary plots from an Eco Summary dialog
  • Limit guidance plots from a Limit Bar dialog
  1. To copy from the Chart Stage or Functional Chart tabs:
    1. Right-click the plot area and click Copy, or press Ctrl+C.
    2. In the graphics or word-processing application, paste the chart as a device-independent bitmap (frequently, this option is called Paste As or Paste Special).

      When copying a bubble chart from the Chart Stage tab into a graphics application, we recommend that you turn the Use smoothed ellipses setting off.

  2. To copy from the Eco Summary dialog, you can do any of the following:
    • Click Copy on the dialog toolbar
    • Right-click to open the menu and click Copy
    • Press Ctrl+V
  3. To copy from the Limit Bar dialog, you can right-click to open the menu and click Copy, or press Ctrl+V.
  4. Both Eco Summary and Limit Bar plots can be pasted as a bitmap into a graphics application.
