Subscribing to Favorites Lists

In addition to accessing records in personal Favorites Lists, you can subscribe to published Favorites Lists.

Subscribing to a Favorites List:
  • Adds it to the filters that you can use for searching in MI Explore, and browsing in MI BoM Analyzer.
  • Adds it to your Favorites menu in MI Materials Gateway, so that you can assign or import records from the list.

You can view and manage your Favorites List subscriptions in MI Favorites. You can also view and manage subscriptions from MI Materials Gateway.

Note: Your Granta MI administrator may have automatically subscribed you to all published lists. If this applies to you, you do not need to do anything to subscribe, and you cannot unsubscribe from lists.
  1. Select the Favorites Lists that you want to subscribe to, and click Subscribe in the toolbar, or right-click and select Subscribe.
  2. To unsubscribe, select the Favorites Lists and click Unsubscribe in the toolbar, or right-click and select Unsubscribe.
After you have subscribed to a list, it will appear in the Favorites List filter menu in MI Explore and MI BoM Analyzer, flagged with the 'Subscribed' indicator.
