Editing List details

List details (Name, Description, and Notes) can be edited for personal lists, published lists that are being revised, and lists that have been withdrawn.

To edit the details of a list, you must have one of the following roles:
Type of list Who can edit the list details?
Personal list List Author (user who created the list)
Published list (under revision) User who is currently revising the list (List Author, List Curator, or List Administrator)
Withdrawn list List Author, List Curator, or List Administrator
  1. In the Lists panel, select the Favorites List.
  2. Click View list description and notes in the toolbar, or right-click and choose View list details.
  3. Modify the list name, description, and notes fields, as required. For example:
