Creating Favorites Lists

You can create personal Favorites Lists in MI Favorites, so that you can add records to them in MI Explore and MI Materials Gateway.

Tip: You can also choose to create a new Favorites List when you are adding records to Favorites in MI Explore.
  1. Create a favorites list:

    To create a Favorites List from a selection of records From an existing list, select the record or records, right-click and choose Add to Favorites list, and select +
    To create an empty Favorites List that you can add records to later

    Click Create a new Favorites List on the toolbar.

  2. Enter the list name in the first field.
  3. Optional: Enter a description and some notes.
  4. Click Save.

To add records to your new list, go to MI Explore, or you can copy records from other lists in MI Favorites.
