The IcepakFEA design type in Ansys Electronics Desktop provides system simulation for predicting the following:

• Modal solutions: Natural frequencies of vibration, mode shapes, and related results (such as mass participation factors)
• Thermal solutions: Temperature and heat flux results
• Steady-State Thermal: Determines the equilibrium state of the design
• Transient Thermal: Determines solutions for multiple steps showing how the results vary with time
• Structural solutions: Thermal stress, strain, and deformation results
