Setting the Properties Dialog Box to Open Automatically

To set the Properties dialog box to open after an object is drawn, do the following:

  1. Click Tools > Options > General Options.

    2. The Options window appears.

  2. Expand 3D Modeler and select Drawing.
  3. Check the Edit property of new primitives check box.

Hereafter, when you draw an object in point mode the Properties dialog box opens. However, if you draw an object in Dialog mode, this setting is ignored.
