Statistical Cutoffs
The low and high cutoff values multiply the Gaussian Standard Deviation value. In the image below, the lc variable uses a Gaussian distribution that extends three standard deviations below 10nH and two standard deviations above 10nH. Outside these values, the Gaussian distribution is truncated, effectively giving a Gaussian distribution on a pedestal.
Uniform distributions such as variable cl above use only the Tolerance value, and do not have cutoffs.
