Exporting Electronics Cooling XML Files
Icepak enables you to export models in Electronics Cooling XML (EC XML) format that can be read by applications with EC XML compatibility. Native 3D Components (e.g., a fan) and geometry with a thermal boundary condition assigned are exported. See EC XML File Format for the information included in the exported file.
Note:
You can also access the export menu by right-clicking on the design in the Project Manager.
