  1. Period Jitter: tJIT(per) = min/max of ( tCKi – tCK(avg)).

  2. Duty jitter:

    1. tJIT(duty),min =MIN[(tCH(abs),min – tCH(avg),min),(tCL(abs),min – tCL(avg),min)] × tCK(avg)

    2. tJIT(duty),max =MAX[((tCH(abs),max – tCH(avg),max),(tCL(abs),max – tCL(avg),max)] × tCK(avg)

  3. Cycle to cycle jitter: tJIT(cc) = max of |tCKi + 1 – tCKi|

  4. ERR: tERR(nper) =(Σi+n-1 j=i tCKj) – (n*tCK(avg))
