Using the Port Tools Utility

The Port Tools utility helps you rename, open, short, terminate, renumber or lump ports.

To access the Port Tools utility from SUtility:

  1. Select the project file.
  2. Click Utilities > Port Tools.

    3. The Port Tools window appears.

  3. Select port(s) from the Port List.
  4. Use the radio buttons to select an appropriate operation.
  5. If appropriate, check Enforce Passivity to enforce the passivity of the result.
  6. Browse to select an Output file name and destination.
  7. Click Run to perform the operation.

    8. The results are loaded and plotted in the main SUtility window.
