Identifying Power and Ground Nets

Before starting a simulation of any kind, you must identify the power and ground nets. SIwave can make the identification for you, based on the names of the nets in the design.

  1. From the Nets workspace, click the Power/Ground Identification tab.

    2. Nets Window - Power/Ground Identification Tab

  2. Click Auto Identify to have SIwave find power and ground nets by name.
