Stator Pole Data for Universal Motors
To access the stator pole data, double-click the Machine > Stator > Pole entry in the Project Manager tree.
The Stator Pole Data Properties window contains the following fields:

The pole embrace. |

The pole-arc center offset from the stator center (0 for a uniform air gap). |

The minimum pole width. |

Ty |
The yoke thickness. |

Ts |
The shoe-tip thickness. |

R1 |
The hole radius in the pole (0 for no hole). |
|
R2 |
The radius of the pole side fillet. |
|
R3 |
The radius of the center of the pole side fillet arcs. |

R4 |
The radius of the shoe connecting arc (0 for auto-design or for a linear connection). |
|
R5 |
The inner radius of the screw hole between two poles (0 for no hole). |
|
R6 |
The outer radius of the screw hole between two poles (0 for no hole). |
