Defining the General Data for a Three-Phase NSSM
To access the general data, double-click the Machine entry in the project tree.
The Properties window for a three-phase non-salient synchronous machine contains the following fields to be entered:
Machine Type |
The machine type you selected when inserting a new RMxprt design (Three Phase Non-Salient Synchronous Machine). |
Number of Poles |
The number of poles the machine contains. This value is the total number of poles in the stator (or the number of pole pairs multiplied by two). |
Frictional Loss |
The frictional energy loss (due to friction) measured at the reference speed. |
Windage Loss |
The windage loss (due to air resistance) measured at the reference speed. |
Reference Speed |
The given speed of reference. |
