AC Voltage Source

AC voltage sources are used in AC conduction, and Transient models. All voltages in AC models are time-varying quantities in the form:

where V_m is the magnitude of the voltage and q is its phase angle — the offset of the current from a pure cosine wave. Therefore, when specifying a voltage, you must enter both its magnitude and phase.
