Part By Part Meshing (Beta)

Part by part meshing instructs the solver to mesh each model part individually, eliminating the need for individual mesh regions and thereby simplifying the meshing process.

Note: Part by part meshing is currently a beta feature. For information on enabling beta options, see General Options: Desktop Configuration.

Important: Part by part meshing should be used only on conduction-only simulations.

Note: Since each part is meshed individually, the mesh may not be conformal at the interface between two parts that are in contact unless a boundary condition has been specified at that interface.
