Mesh Region Touching Other Mesh Regions

Mesh regions in Icepak can touch other mesh regions. Figure 1 shows an example of four mesh regions with each mesh region touching one or more mesh regions. Mesh regions in Icepak can touch other mesh regions including those with no padding.
