Selecting Converge on Real Frequency Only causes the percent difference calculation among a set of frequencies to be based only on the real parts of the frequencies; the imaginary parts of the frequencies are ignored. When the project contains only lossless material, the eigen frequency will be real, so checking this option does not make any difference. For lossy problems, selecting this option means the solver checks delta frequency on real part only as the eigen mode frequency in this case will be complex.
