Viewing Physically Connected Elements in IC Mode

From the Layout Editor, users can view elements that are physically connected in a design.

Note: Not all elements work with the Show Physically Connected feature. Connections through solderballs, planar bondwires, and very simple instances of 3D-extrusion are supported. Bondwires with 3D geometry and most 3D-extrusions cannot be tracked.

Complete the steps in the following subsections to view physically connected elements in the Layout Editor, and then an organized list of physically connected elements in the Design List window.
