You can cancel your Ansys Gateway powered by AWS subscription if you no longer need it or you
want to activate a different subscription.
Ansys recommends following these steps:

Back up your data. For example, if files are stored in shared folders on file storage
servers, download copies of the files.

Delete all resources.

Delete all project spaces.

(Optional) Delete any AWS resources created for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS (Nat Gateway,
VPCs created by the Ansys Gateway powered by AWS setup).

Delete CloudFormation stacks created for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS.

(Optional) Check if there are any remaining resources from the tag editor.

Cancel the Ansys Gateway powered by AWS subscription in AWS Marketplace.

Contact Ansys to request offboarding. You will need to provide either
your AWS account number or Tenant ID.
