Configuring Shared Web Licensing

Prerequisites: You must have a tenant administrator role.

Shared Web Licensing enables multiple users to simultaneously share a pool of product licenses that are accessed on a cloud-based server hosted by Ansys. For more information, refer to the Shared Web Licensing documentation on the Licensing page of the Ansys Help site.

To configure Shared Web Licensing, you must upload a shared web token file.

    3. Click Create Token and create a token.
    4. Download the token.

      A JSON file is downloaded.

  3. Locate Shared Web licensing and click Configure.
  4. In the configuration dialog, click Upload token file and then select the token file that you downloaded.
