You can cancel your Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure subscription in the Azure portal if
you no longer need it or you want to activate a different subscription.
Ansys recommends following these steps:
-
Back up your data. For example, if files were stored on Azure storages,
download copies of the files.
-
(Optional) Delete all virtual machines.
-
(Optional) Delete all Resource Groups for Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure.
-
(Optional) Delete manually created resources for Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure.
-
Cancel the Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure subscription on your SaaS Subscriptions page in Azure portal.
CAUTION: When the subscription is cancelled, the tenant
may remain accessible for a period of time. If this occurs, Ansys
advises that you do not create any new resources as this may incur additional
costs.
Note: Deleting the Resource Group that contains your SaaS offer or
cancelling your SaaS subscription causes your tenant to be offboarded from Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure.
