Moving a Project

Within a personal space or an organization space, you can move projects into and out of other projects and project hierarchies.

Projects nested inside other projects are called subprojects. For more information about subprojects, see About Subprojects.

To move a project, complete these steps.

  1. In the DSM, open the project you would like to move.
  2. In the project overview, click the kebab menu and select Move.
  3. In the Move Project dialog, click the project or project level to which you want to move the project.
    A checked box appears to the right of the selected project.
  4. Click the Move Here button to complete the move.
    A dialog window appears, confirming that the project has been moved.
To see all projects in a tree view hierarchy, click the kebab menu and select Move again.
