7.1. DFMEA

A More Concise UI

If you are using medini analyze primarily for Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), medini now has dedicated DFMEA perspective. This perspective shows only the menu options relevant to DFMEA, making the medini UI cleaner and easier to read.

To open the perspective, open medini and select Window > Open Perspective > Other... > DFMEA, then click the Open button.

The DFMEA icon appears above the model window. You see fewer menu items and icons in the medini interface.
