In Ansys medini® analyze for Cybersecurity™ system-oriented cybersecurity analysis software, Safety and Cybersecurity are offered in "one tool". This ensures both system safety and at the same time safeguards the system from attacks. To focus on either the Safety or the Cybersecurity tier, the tool offers separate perspectives for each of them. The main objective of a perspective is to offer a dedicated place to customize the arrangement of editors and views for a certain task. In addition, certain user interfaces and view elements are behaving different in different perspectives.

The Cybersecurity perspective hides most safety aspects from the views, for example all safety related property sections in the "Properties View" are not shown. Vice versa, the Safety perspective hides most cybersecurity related aspects. The well known "Analysis" perspective has no restrictions and can be treated as a combined safety-cybersecurity perspective.
