New Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA)

With 2019 R1, the "Functional Hazard Assessment" (FHA) is supported in the Avionics (ARP4761A) domain template. FHA is a method supporting the systematic examination of functions to identify their Failure Conditions and classify the severity of their effects. The FHA is applied on Aircraft and System level(s) and leads to Development Assurance Level (DAL).

Similar to the already supported HARA method, there is support for customizable "Operational Situation" catalogs to describe flight phases, a dedicated FHA table editor based on system and function models, and an integration with all other parts and components of the tool.
