Combined Update/Exclusive Editing

The integrated SVN client supports an immediate update of the project when exclusive edit rights cannot be obtained due to newer versions in the repository.

Model Browser Filter

An additional filter in the model browser hides closed projects with a single click.

The browser text filter now delays the filtering and expansion of the browser tree to allow entering longer words.

External Links and Documents

With 2021 R2 not only files but also complete folders can be dropped now from the Windows explorer to any medini project. The import creates packages per folder and imports all files up to a certain depth and overall file size (user must confirm imports exceeding these thresholds). Holding the Alt key during drag & drop will import the external folder as link instead.

Outline View

Entries in the Outline tree viewer now support the well known "Related To" and "Show Element in Browser" menus to quickly navigate to other views.

Matlab/Simulink

The import of Matlab/Simulink models now supports Matlab 2019B, 2020A and 2020B.

Table Editors

Applied table filters can be now reset quicker with a single action.

Model Browser Selection

There is a new feature in the model browser to select multiple elements. Either use the browser view menu or press F7 to trigger the feature. The upcoming dialog can be used to search for matching elements and select them. The action can be used in series to aggregate a selection in multiple steps.
