Variability Support for FMEDA

The FMEDA now supports the analysis of multiple variants and configurations in a single worksheet. While you had to switch between multiple worksheets in previous releases, the new enhanced FMEDA worksheet provides a convenient way to treat system designs that include variation points, allowing you to determine effectively SPF/LF/SFF metrics per variant. For ISO 26262, this works also in conjunction with multiple safety goals.

FMEA Measure Tracking against Milestones

The FMEA measure tracking connects now nicely with the milestone and team management features introduced by the DSM. This connection guarantees a consistent tracking of target dates and responsibilities across the FMEA and System Weakness Analysis.
