Streamlined IP Design import

Release 2021 R1 comes with an extended IP Design importer that streamlines huge chip design data while maintaining accuracy. The IPD-XML import wizard can now be provided with a config file where you can specify which of the instance paths shall be pruned. The pruning will drop all sub hierarchies while aggregating the die area, element/gate/cell counts at the specified instance, so you won't loose any information for your analysis.

DOORS Baseline Support

A long awaited feature is now available for the DOORS requirements adapter: support for baselines. You can select a requirement baseline during import and you can switch to another baseline at any time and re-sync your state of requirements.

EA Diagram Import

The Enterprise Architect model importer was extended to support diagrams. These are imported as vector images and can be viewed together with the imported model in Ansys medini.

DOORS NG7 Support

The DOORS Next Generation requirements tool adapter has been upgraded to support Version 7.
