Consolidated some documents into the User Guide:
Moved the optiSLang Web ServiceUser Guide document into the User Guide under the new "Legacy" section.
Moved the Excel Plug-In document into the User Guide.
Moved the Beta document into the User Guide.
Moved the oSP3D Processing document into the User Guide.
Moved the optiSLang Web Service Install Guide into the optiSLang Installation Guide under the new "Legacy" section.
Renamed the Interfaces and Customization guide to "optiSLang Customization, API, and Remote Control".
