Prerequisites

To get started, you must be an Ansys Support Coordinator (ASC) for your organization. This is a user role that your Ansys sales representative assigns to you.

As the ASC, you will receive an email from the Ansys Cloud system confirming the details of your subscription and indicating when credits will become available for your organization’s use.

If your company has security policies that restrict external web access, there are a number of domains that your IT administrator must allowlist to ensure that the Ansys Cloud platform functions properly. If SSL inspection is used in your firewall, they must also disable SSL inspection for each of those domains. See Domains Required for Firewall Allowlist.
