Troubleshooting imports

Detailed information about import jobs is available in the Job Queue.

Prerequisites: To access the Job Queue you must use an account with Granta MI Data Administrator privileges (a member of the local MI_ADMIN Windows security group).

Import log files can be downloaded and sent to Ansys Granta Technical Support for troubleshooting and technical assistance, if required.

  1. Select Administration > Job Queue.
  2. Double-click an item in the list to view the job details.
  3. Optional: Download the job log to view more detailed information, if required.
