Aerospace data updates

MMPDS data included in the Level 3 Aerospace database has been updated to include additional graphs and figures already present in the MMPDS handbook document.

Expanded color comparison in Eco Audit

The Eco Audit Summary Chart now supports up to 24 unique colors, making it easier to distinguish between projects when comparing results.
