Showing or hiding attributes with no data

Choose whether to display attributes on datasheets for records without a data value for them.

On the Datasheet settings tab:

To show all attributes in the selected Datasheet View, including those with no value for that record, deselect the Hide attributes with no data check box.
To hide any attributes on a record's datasheet that do not have any data, select the Hide attributes with no data check box.

This setting also applies to Links between tables (listed at the bottom of the datasheet).
