Updates to the Electromagnetic Materials database.

• Recalculation of the coefficients for fitting the core loss data to the electrical steel model, to align with changes to the model in Ansys Maxwell and in MotorCAD. Previously the exponents of all the terms of the equation had fixed values and only the coefficients could vary. In this improved version of the model, the exponent of the hysteresis term can also vary.
• More detailed explanation in the attribute notes of the equations and the units used, for both the electrical steel and the power ferrite models of core loss.
