How Users Access Products

The way in which you access a product depends on the product type:

• For web applications such as Ansys ConceptEV, you can launch the application by clicking the Open button in the email that you received when you were granted access to the product.

  Tip: If you hover over the Open button, the application URL is displayed. You can use this URL to launch the application in a web browser.

  You can also go to the Ansys Engineering Portal at https://portal.ansys.com and launch it from there.

• For desktop applications with Ansys Cloud Burst Compute functionality, you sign in to Ansys Cloud while using the application. Once signed in, the Ansys Cloud Burst Compute feature becomes accessible through the application's interface.
